Casa Florentina (La Palma-Los Llanos de Aridane)

SITUATION: The cottage is located above Los Llanos, on the edge of the Caldera de Taburiente, sheltered and at the hight of 400 m. In the immediate surroundings are a couple of neighboring houses and biological banana plantations. Very quiet area and until the center of Los Llanos it is about 1,5km. It is advisable to have the use of a car.

CASA FLORENTINA: Modern canarian house, bright and nicely furnished with 2 bedrooms, each one with 2 single beds, bedside table, wardrobe with sleeps 1-4 people. The bathroom is equipped with bath / shower, bidet, basin, WC and individual electric boiler. The kitchen comprises a gasstove/ofen, fridge, kitchenware etc and a little breakfaest bar. The living room has dining table and chairs, sofa and SAT-TV with international channels. Outside the cottage there is a natural stone terrace to south west and with garden furnitures and a spacious garden partially with sea view. A garage, washing machine and a stairway outside the cottage with the access to the roof terrace with sun loungers and views over the valley and the Atlantic Ocean, are belonging to the house.
