SITUATION: The complex comprises 20 units and is situated on Avenida Marítima, just 15 meters from the beach. It is a five-floor building with comfortable access through the elevater.

APARTMENTS 205 AND 206: These spacious apartments were renovated in the year 2026. Each apartment has one bedroom with a large wardrobe and bedside tables. 205 is equipped with two single beds and 206 has one double bed. The bathroom includes a sink and a shower tray. The kitchen is integrated into the living room and equipped with a large fridge-freezer, microwave, ceramic cooktop, and all necessary utensils for preparing and consumtion of meals. There is a dining table with 3 chairs. The living area offers a sofa, a living room table and a 55-inch TV. The spacious balcony is furnished with a table and 3 chairs, a sofa, and a sun awning. There is no sea view. For the third person there is in 205 a sofa bed and in 206 a convertible armchair.
